Andrés García Baeza provides professional custom tattoo services in Miami, Florida. All work is performed in compliance with Florida state regulations.
Service may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated, disrespectful, or requesting designs that conflict with the artist's artistic or ethical standards.

Every appointment requires a $200 deposit, sent via Zelle to [email protected] (name: Art Fusion Tattoo LLC), plus a screenshot as proof. The appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The rest of the agreed price is paid on the day of the tattoo. See the Booking & Deposit page for details.

If you can't attend, let the artist know at least 24 hours in advance by WhatsApp; your deposit will be honored and the appointment rescheduled.
The deposit is lost if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, don't show up, arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, or arrive unable to be tattooed (for example, intoxicated).

All prices are in US dollars. The final price is agreed before the appointment based on design, size, placement and estimated time. Additional sessions needed to finish a piece are charged at the agreed rate.

If a touch-up is needed after healing, contact the artist. Touch-ups caused by not following the aftercare instructions (sun exposure, picking, swimming, etc.) may be charged.

You must be 18 or older to get tattooed without parental consent. Clients aged 16–17 need a parent or legal guardian present to sign the consent form. Nobody under 16 will be tattooed. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.

Please tell the artist before your appointment if you have diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia or heart conditions; take blood thinners or immunosuppressants; are pregnant or breastfeeding; have allergies to ink, latex or topical anesthetics; or have a recent illness or skin condition in the area. The appointment may be postponed if proceeding would be a health risk.

Custom designs remain the artist's work until the tattoo is done. The artist may use photos of the finished tattoo for the portfolio and social media unless you ask in writing not to.

Tattooing has inherent risks such as infection, scarring or allergic reactions; by getting tattooed you accept these risks. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
